View Full Version : Poll: 2001-2002 top 10 NBA Fantasy draft picks

08-31-2001, 11:59 AM
1. Garnett
2. Shaq (never plays 82 & can't hit a FT)
3. Webber (better supporting cast)
4. Duncan (worse supporting cast)
5. Francis (best fantasy PG as Glove ages)
6. Bryant (Lakers don't win the title without him)
7. McGrady (better than Hill)
8. A.Walker (does everything for Celtics, including play the point)
9. Iverson (looks like this young father is maturing)
10.Nowitzki (because Malone is too old)

Please reply...I think Fin is a solid early 2nd round pick in 10-team Fantasy leagues.

well, i don't really care too much about fantasy draft picks...

if i were to start a team..i would take shaq..hands down.
then probably garnett..then duncan..
then would be close between dirk, francis, webber, and bryant
..then mcgrady, iverson then walker

i don't know if iverson is anywhere near ready to lead a team to a championship, regardless of the supporting cast..he's still going to have to prove that he's a little less selfish.
i know they made it to the finals, but they were from the east, so that doesn't really count for much

i would take K.G. over Shaq because he plays in more games year after year
