Brevin Knight, Robert Archiblad, and Cezary Trybanski for Bo Outlaw and Jake Tzakalidas

Is Amare a 5, or did I miss a signing/draft pick

the Jake Voshkuhl/Scott Williams combo is what they got....unless Zarko can play "center"

I really don't know what the Suns were thinking there....my only guess is they are trying to free up cap space ahead of time to keep Amare.
Thats as far as my thinking goes....Memphis made out like bandits.

This was an insignficant trade for both teams.

The Suns gained no one wgo will help out. Knight probably won't beat out Barbosa(sp?) for the backup point guard spot. Archibald is a a BWS. Much in the mold of Jake Voskuhl. Trybanski is worthless.

The Grizz got a washed up player in Outlaw, who will have trouble getting minutes behind Gasol, Swift, Wright, etc. And Big Jake is a decent player but his potential is wearing quite thin.

My aunt lives in Arizona and Ive seen a lot of Phoenix suns games. Big Jake is comparable to....hmm....Eschmeyer? Bo Outlaw is an energy player like Najera who is even slower than Naj and is less talented.

Bayliss hit the nail on the head. This trade is about as significant for the NBA as the Swinton trade was for the NFL.

Grizzlies just got a pretty good center and didn't give up much. I guess "PHX" wanted Brevin Knight since they lost Marbury. Who's gonna play the 5 now? Amare?

Probably Voskuhl.

Totally my fault, I was thinking he went to Minnesota, but of course that was Cassel. I'm so ashamed...
