I just heard on the Southern California Sports Report that "several Western GMs" contacted Mitch tonight about possible trades for Shaq and Kobe. Mitch said absolutely not.

Anyone else think that Cuban was asking to trade Fin and Walker for Kobe? i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif

EDIT: Oh, just to clarify, Mitch said he would "Absolutely not trade Shaq or Kobe right now".

If a player gets a life in prison term, does it still count against your salary cap?

If they don't have one they need one.

Actually I think that any action that would cause an NBA contract to be voided for morality reasons should allow the contract to no longer count against the salary cap. To do otherwise would set a bad precedent on the NBA's part in condoning the immoral and often criminal behavior.
