He is a High School Player who is playing on ESPN right now.

Greg Oden.

This guy is going to win like 8 championships.

I'm watching the same game, and I agree with you. If the kid's body doesn't fall apart on him once he gets to the league, he is going to be very, very, very good for a very long time...

I thought Flip Murry was the future...

Ron Murray is the Future 'stymied', or the Future 'on hold'. Once the man finally gets traded out of that Seattle gaol hole he's been locked up in for the last couple of years, Flip will be able to resume his march toward greatness...

well we should go ahead and put him straight in the hall of fame, if hes that good in a high school game theres nothing to prove in this "NBA".

Yea I mean come on now its high school. I got a chance to see Lamarcus Aldridge play at Seagoville and he looked invincible like Chris Bosh did at Lincoln. Lamarcus isn't having the collegiate career that everyone hoped for thus far. I think we have to see him play atleast against grown men before we determine he's the future but he's definately intriguing.

Umm aldridge is pretty damn good in college. Bosh is a stud. I think oden is a little overrated but he should be a stud then again so should kwame brown and eddy curry and tyson chandler. Plus remember he will be good at the same time Dwight effin Howard will be. Howard will be better than oden. As for high school players imo OJ mayo is the no question best high school player in the country.

He's going to be the first pick in the draft.

LOL. In what draft? In the '06 draft top 10 for sure but I don't know about top 3 or number 1. That's od'in a bit.

What's funny? if the draft were held today Lamarcus Aldridge would be the first pick.

Have you been watching college basketball? If so then tell me who you'd pick ahead of a 7-footer with long arms, pretty good athleticism and a soft touch.

ESPN's Chad Forde has him ranked #1 on his ongoing draft board and has had him there since week 2.

As for Adam Morison (and Rudy Gay for that matter) how often to you see a team take a SG/SF with the first pick? It happened with Lebron, but he was probably the best non-center prospect in the last 20 years.

More often than not, the top pick is always a 4 or a 5.

The consensus is that he will be the first pick when he enters the NBA, but he CAN NOT enter the 2006 NBA draft because of the new age limit. I LOVE Morrison, but there is NO WAY IN HELL that anyone would draft him over Oden.

Aldridge will go before morrison as he should. Morrison will be a bust.
