"Penny played a lot of times when his body wasn't nowhere near 80 percent," [Penny's agent Lapoe] Smith said. "We respect Orlando for giving us the opportunity to waive us, so we don't have to go over there and deal with that stress -- fans booing, wondering about how many millions he's making."

If I were Penny, I'd be a little concerned about my agent having awful diction.

I wonder what team would give him a chance? I can't see him signing with a non playoff team this late in his career.

Knicks are always looking to stockpile talent, especially "experienced" 2/3s.

Damn did I use to love to watch Shaq, Horace Grant, Dennis Scott, Nick Anderson and Penny Hardaway play. Penny has never been the same since his injury.
