The season series between the Mavs and Clippers is now even at 2-2. The Clippers are now 37-39 for the year and 5 and a half games back of Utah with 6 games to go. Had Lamar Odom been healthy he would have scored 27 points and the Clipper would have won.

He wouldn't have made up that deficit.

I seriously doubt Odom would have made a difference in this game.

Odom would have scored whatever was necessary to pull it out.

Here's a good example of differnce of opinion.

One of Odom's teammates would have said, "hey Lamar, roach that, we got another half to play." Or somesuch.

The Mavs would have won even if they would have had 2 Odum's. Period.

Well said DR.

The Mavs might not have won if there were two Kandiman's though. i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif

Since Odom has only played a fraction of the season and hasn't appeared in any of the Mavs-Clips games, I think it's a little redundant to speculate on what he might have done. Personally, I think the guy is a bit overrated. Kind of like a poor man's Kevin Garnett with less shooting & scoring ability. They should trade Odom for a better point guard and put another one of the young uns at Small Forward permanantly. They'd wreck shop next year.

I would like to have seen what Miles might have brought to the game the other night however.

Miles played. He made a slam at the end of the game that brought the Clippers up to 25 points back.
