Dirk is All-NBA first team, can he make the starting lineup?

Well.. the answer is he SHOULD. I don't think it will happen though.

Vote mavs vote.

Nah, Dirk won't get to start because it's by fan vote. I'm pretty sure he would if it were coach vote, and he certainly deserves too.

This is the first time I've been this homerish with my All-Star voting:

West:

Guards: Nash and JT
Forwards: Dirk and Jho
Center: Yao

East:

Guards: Iverson and Redd
Forwards: Jamison and Pierce
Center: D12

I didn't waste my center vote on Yao since he's gonna get it anyway.

Terry/Stack/Howard/Dirk/Damp - those will be my votes every day till it's over :)

I did a write in for Darrell Armstrong too ;)

Honestly though everyone vote Dirk EVERY DAY to see if we can squeeze him past an aging duncan and a under achieving kg. He's already better, but we need the votes.

Haha, yeah I voted for Yao cuz he deserves it. I didn't want to be a total homer haha :D

I'll definetly be voting for Dirk multiple times though.

I'm voting Dirk/Howard not because I think Howard will make it, but I don't want to help out Dirk's competition.

This league is idiotic. How can you start the polls in the 2nd week of the season?

V2M...one of us is nuts.. Either you CAN vote 5 + write-in (which I haven't tried to do) or you cannot which means you have NOT tried to vote.

This is what I was thinking

The NHL just started theirs 8 weeks into the season.

If he keeps starting and play the way he's been, he could potentially be the 2nd best center in the West this year.

Not counting Amare and with injuries to Miller & Mihm... Kaman, Okur & Camby are his only competition!

TMQ calls the NFL Pro Bowlers 88% Pro Bowlers - what does that make NBA All-Stars? The 39% All-Stars?
