For those who didn't see It, go to nba.com and watch the highlights. The guy didn't even touch Wade.

Yeah, he wasn't even close. Its disgusting. I think the league will start to get pressure the more players like Mcgrady and such speak out.

C'mon guys, Wade was CLEARLY hit on the elbow on that play. A foul is a foul, no matter what the clock says (at least that's how it should be). Good call.

^Even if it was a foul you know most players wouldn't get that foul called at the end of the game, so why should Wade get special treatment?????

Agreed. I hate Wade getting calls, but this one was right. Believe it or not, there was a similar incident against the Pacers in the last game where he was fouled in the final seconds... and there was no call.

Hey, if Wade wasn't given that chance to tie the game, then Iguodala would never have stolen the ball from Wade in OT for the breakaway dunk.

Getting hit on the elbow is a FOUL. If seen it should always be called. Unseen body contact should NOT be called, and it has been.

I also haven't seen him(or almost anyone else either) make a 360 spin move without a walk.

he hit his shooting hand after he released the ball, slight contact and the NBA always says if it doesn't effect the play don't call It. Bottom line is this, no one ever gets that call but D-Wade. Which annoys me.

False.

Besides, it did affect the play. That's why the shot was an airball (they called the foul before the ball reached the basket, so it wasn't an intentional airball in effort of swaying the refs).

I watched the video several times; I really didn't see the contact you guys are seeing. Looked like a pretty weak foul call to me.

I think it just hurts Wade. The Michael Jordan effect isn't to be taken for granted. Wade is not and will never be in that category. Shooting free throws didn't make a great player til Wade it seems. I watch NBA TV daily, and the highlights of the finals are him hitting free throws. Wow. Congrats on being famous for free shots. Dirk stormed to the basket to force Giflopoly to foul him, clearly, cleanly, smoothly. Wade would go to the line if you accidentally mis-dialed his god mother. Its pathetic. Noboby respects that team though so who cares? To be honest, the finals didn't bother me much because when you know a wrong has been done, it just feeds you, me, the fans, the players, coaches and everyone. We're all numb until we get it. Our precious.

Yes I've had a few beers, its a saturday after a cruddy week, and I'm ready to absolutely kill Miami tomorrow.

Go Mavs.
