Avery Johnson continues to do more with less.

I think Phil Jackson has done a really good job with the Lakers this year. But Avery has the Mavericks playing so well. I say it's pretty close to a coin flip right now, but I would probably give the slight edge to Jackson right now. I didn't expect the Lakers to be a solid 5th seed at this point. Plus, the there rarely is a a back-to-back coach of the year (has there ever been actually?) so Avery is probably out of the running solely because of that.

It's a moot point though because Steve Nash probably has this award wrapped up too.

Toss up between Avery, Jackson and D'Antoni.

I decided that if I was going to be honest about it, that I'd have to go with Jackson. I really didn't expect the Kobes to playing so well.

Who in the heck voted for D'antoni?

It's gotta be Jackson or Van Gundy, IMO.

I voted for Van Gundy.

I voted for Van Gundy.

I don't like either of 'em... but that's exactly how I felt and how I voted! They both have overcome significant injuries and still winning!!

If the Mass keep rolling I'd love to see AJ win again...

but Sloan or Jackson would get my vote right now...

Avery and Phx has alot of talent. Phil Jackson has Kobe. He is even helping make Kobe a team player. Luke Walton is starting look like a good player in the nba. Come on, Luke Walton and Phil Jackson makes him look really good. Smush Parker, who is that? Bynum, was suppose to be a long shot and way to young, he is looking pretty darn good at center. That big tall left hander that gives Dirk problems, him and Kobe almost has got in fist fights and now they play together and do good.

How is this team even up this high? I never knew Phil Jackson was this good but now i see he is really good. I would then go with Avery and Avery is having one great season. Then very close behind Avery, coach of Phx.

Laker player's are coached good and i see this with Devean George. His basic fundemetals are just good.

I don't like him, but I voted for Sloan. Jackson should also be heavily considered.
