From a Steve Nash interview in the Times of London:

Q. Is there any amount of money that could bring you back to a Texas ball club? Jerry & Barbara Curry, Wild Wild West

A. First of all, I'm happy in Phoenix. But I'd have no problem going back and playing for a team in Texas, even the Mavericks! It's not as though there was some irreconcilable divorce with Dallas, it was just best for me to move on at that time. I was wanted more in Phoenix, that's the way it is in sports. But if Phoenix doesn't want me one day, I have nothing against considering one of the Texas teams.

Now let's get Nellie on the phone, and maybe Walt Williams! ;)

Only if we could we also sign Mad Max, Tim Hardaway, Howard Eisley, and Hubert Davis.

Another sad reminder of how Cuban let a dynasty slip through his fingers because he wasn't willing to open up his wallet to take care of his all-star PG.

While he said he wouldn't be against returning to the Mavericks he said a "Texas" team twice. I just had nightmares of him backing up Tony Parker.

thread worthy?

No.

How about:

"Does Flaco's avatar make people think he's u2 because u2 is usually the one with the Bender picture?"

Thread worthy? I say yes.

Well, at least more thread worthy than this.

how is this Chumdawg's prayer?

Seems like Chum wants the Warriors and Nelson to win a championship, Mark Cuban to be put in jail, Mavs to miss the playoffs, and all of D-M.com to about-face and admit that Nellie-ball wins championships and that the Mavs should have kept Raef LaFrentz, Steve Nash, Michael Finley, Nick Van Exel, Adrian Griffin, Raja Bell, Shawn Bradley and Evan Eschmeyer.

I'm pretty confident Nash is going to retire in Phoenix.

you did, but it gave me a great idea to convert secret, subliminal messages into binary in my signature.

There are 10 different types of people in this world - those who understand binary and those who don't.
