View Full Version : Another meaningless thread: Nets-Pacers Game 4
Pacers blowing Nets out. Not entirely surprising, but still....
When was the last time a No. 1 seed doesn't make it out of the first round? Are we going to see it happen this year?

it is a rare occurence.

I don't see the Nets losing game 5.

I agree MFF. I think the Nets emerge out of the East into the finals.
Kind of depends on which JKidd shows up in Game 5. He shot 4-15 tonight, with only 6 assists. What was that??

I think it was when 8th seed Denver (with Mutombo) upset Nr.1 Seattle 3-2 in the first round of the 1994 playoffs.
How could I have forgot this one? The 1999 Knicks....

i don't know...i can see reggie (who i can't stand) going off for 30 and finding some spike lee wannabee in the frontrow to talk smack to. he loves playing in ny (nj is close enough), plus i think since the trade, the pacers are just a better team, and like the mavs, they seem to be playing better and better.
i think the pacers will take 'em.

of course being a Knicks fan, I've seen Reggie go nuts TOO MANY DAMN TIMES, so I don't put ANYTHING past him, I know exactly what you're saying.
