View Full Version : paul pierce, what a choker

one of the bigger choke jobs in the history of the NBA. it's understandable missing a tough running layup as time runs out but to miss the front end of two free throws to tie the game with 1.1 seconds left... that's incomprehensible.
what a choke job.
damn, talk about peeing your britches when it counts most. what a loser. Talk about not playing when it counts the most

as you can see, this post is to simply show that you cannot judge a player based upon 1 play down the stretch..or one free throw.

You can see how ridiculous it is when such things are said based off of one play.

look at what pierce did in game 3, he took over and helped the celtics go on to the greatest playoff comeback in history.

no need to repeat yourself...i know you are slow, but c'mon....

this thread is about choking, and since Dirk is a Big-Time CHOKER, I'm staying right on topic.

if you are to call dirk a big time choker..then you must think that pierce is a big time choker..

is that what you're getting at?

back on topic.. judging someone based upon a game or two and ignoring everything else they have done in the past is a poor way to judge a players' abilities or the way he comes up in the clutch. everyone can't win every game. in close games, someone will make mistakes. however, players such as dirk and pierce come up on the positive side much more often than on the choking side.
