View Full Version : What resolution are you guys using?
I finally have some time to work on the site (!!) and plan on releasing a really cool feature on Monday. I guarantee you guys are gonna love it i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif Anyway, it's designed for a screen res of 800x600 and above, so I just wanted to make sure that's what you guys were using (at least). I could easily look in the site's stat logs, but since you guys are the ones who make the most use of the site, I wanted to make sure it'll look ok on your screens.
RANT: I really wish I knew php, mysql, or some other database language! Since all my programmer buds are busy, I'm having to hand-code well over a hundred pages i/expressions/face-icon-small-mad.gif

I have a buddy that knows PHP real well. Ill talk to him and see if he can send a msg to help you out. I can't guarantee anything becasuse he's moving this week.
My friend knows it pretty well but he just got a new job and is busy with that. I plan on making Dallas-Mavs.com completely database-driven sometime over the summer, so I wasn't sure if it was a good idea to hand-code everything right now. But I figure I might as well do SOMETHING now that I have a couple days free time i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif School's a pain, and I just got contacted for another freelance gig, so that's why this site hasn't been moving as quickly as I had originally hoped.
Do you happen to know how hard/easy it'll be to convert straight html pages to php? Am I wasting my time hand-coding 200+ huge pages?

Thx guys! 800x600 will be perfect for the new site. I work in 1600x1024 so I sometimes forget what I'm doing may not work on other people's screens.
