View Full Version : Watch out for the Warriors

Due to League pass, they've become my second favorite team...
First they do in the Fakers...now tonight, they're doing it to the Nets...ya just have to love these guys. I'm hoping that they edge out the Fakers for that last playoff spot. A 5'5" point guard gives hope to us all.
Note: It had been 30 years since a team beat the preceding year's finalists on back to back nights.

The Warriors remind me of the Mavs of a couple
of years ago...........
Spark Plug of a Point Guard.
Jamison.....enough said...any team would want him.
Good rebounder in Adonal Foyle(sp)
Dunlevy..skinny PF with a ton of potential

I would love to see AJ match up with Boykins when the Mavs play the Warriors.

I like Arenas and Murphy.
But, the biggest surprise is defintely Earl Boykins.

Murphy is probably my second favorite player in the league. Behind Dirk of course.
Murphy is Bill Laimbeer, I swear.

Are you talking about the player or the poster? i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif

Both Notre Dame guys...anything's possible !!
Not yet I still think the T-wolves will edge the Lakers for the final playoff spot. Musselman coach of the year no one expected anything from the warriors,Jamison is good. Outlet pass why don't our big man use the outlet pass more did you see that pass to dirk and than back to finley in yesterday's game.
It would be a shock if the warrior's made the playoff's. Boykins is spudd webb he gave us fits earlier in the year.

JayC - As my screen name suggests, I'm a huge fan of the big rebound, crisp outlet pass and an easy bucket...just love that kind of game. But I really can't answer your question. Seems to me that the Mavs played that way to a larger degree last year and I'm just not sure where it's gone. Pretty obviously, we're not going to see many great outlet passes while we're being beaten to death on the glass. I saw the pass that you mentioned and wish that I'd see a lot more.
I do agree that it would be a shock to see GS make the playoffs, but I'd love to see it happen. They're just a late night fun team to watch.

over the last (geez, i don't know how many games) boykins has had about 50 assists to 8 turnovers. not bad.
