What do Dallas, Sacto, SA and New Jersey all have in common ?

They were the top 4 in point differential during the regular season....

TEAM OWN OPP DIF
1 Dallas 103.0 95.2 +7.8
2 Sacramento 101.7 95.2 +6.5 .
3 San Antonio 95.8 90.4 +5.4 .
4 New Jersey 95.4 90.1 +5.2

2 of the top 4 are in the finals
3 of 4 were in their conference finals
and Sacto was just off the edge of the WCF.

not a bad indicator....

But OP, I thought that whoever allowed the fewest average points had the best defense in the league!?!?!??! i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif

I guess Miami DID suck this year. I'm shocked.

Funny that you should be wondering Rhylan...but you want the Top 10 for "Fewest Points Allowed"....you got it....

1 Detroit
2 New Jersey
3 San Antonio
4 Miami
5 New Orleans
6 Seattle
7 Utah
8 Houston
9 Denver
10 Washington

Now that bracket would REALLY get ABC's ratings up ! i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif

It's really only SA and NJ...Detroit wouldn't get out of the first round in the West. Shite, they barely managed it in the Leastern. You have to admit 4-10 are pretty funny.

It's still about scoring more than your opponent, no matter how many or how few you score.

OP you know Wallace would stop any puny forward, even though Drew Gooden is no Timothy he was quoted to say.... Ben Wallace is a beast man, nobody really appreciates his defense, even with him being defensive player of the year. Interviewed by Alan Paul.
