The Nets had good luck with Kristic last year, and it wouldn't surpise me to see them take another foreign prospect.

In preparation for the draft June 26, the Nets, who have the No. 22 pick, have been working out various players at their facility. Many of the players are foreign born. On Tuesday, the Nets brought in Paccelis Morlende, Parker's backup on the French national team. Morlende is 6 feet 3 inches and played for Dijion the last two seasons. He was supposed to play for Kinder Bologna, a top Italian league team, but he was injured in training camp last fall.

Today, the Nets worked out Szymon Szewczyk, a 6-11 power forward from Poland, who has been described as similar in body and game to Detroit's Mehmet Okur. The Nets also expect to work out Viktor Khryapa, a 6-9 power forward from Moscow, whose team went to the European Final Four.
