According to the St. Paul Pioneer Press, free-agent center Alonzo Mourning, who was paid $20.6 million by the Heat last season, is considering signing with the Timberwolves. The Wolves, who could use their $4.7 million midlevel salary cap exception on Zo, will meet with Mourning's agent soon.

The Spurs are rumored to be interested in starting center and soon to be free agent Rasho Nesterovic, who could be looking at a contract in the $8 million-per-year range. Zo would bring needed toughness to Minnesota's front line, but questions remain about his health due to kidney disease. The Wolves would be interested in Zo regardless of Rasho's status.

Actually from what I hear Mavs are also after Nasho . I saw it in dfw or dallasnews where Nellie mentioned Nasho will immediately be the best centre on the mavs team.
