We need to show Memphis and the Knicks how to finish out the season with L's. Just go on a nasty streak. Start with a big fat L tonight.

First off... +1 that's amazing lmao.

Now for the game.... McBuckets revenge game, goes for 25 and a Mavs win, then and I drink till I pass out. Book it.

It won't matter that rookie Nikotinekindaliketinaminaandnina goes off scoring 40 points or that Beastley goes up in smoke and scores 30, the New York Otter Project is simple: Lose One For The Otter, so

Mavs - 101
New York Otter Project - 95

Have always like Beasleys game. He just didnt always seem motivated each night.

Buckets and Powell have become two of my favorite Mavs.

I always thought wed be drafting between 5-7. Now I think well be lucky to get the 7.

@KirkSeriousFace: Since Cuban's tanking comments the Mavericks are winning at a higher percentage (.400) than before the all star break (.310)

I think Silver should refund Cuban's $600k.

This really is sad and borderline heartbreaking. But we have no control over it, so c'est la vie...

Just gotta hope Bridges is there when we pick...

And Ntilikina is turrible -- dude is at least supposed to be a good defender, but I certainly haven't seen it.

This is so depressing. The Knicks are bad, like super fkin bad without unicorn but this is really about to be a lost season. It's a damn shame too with how it looked like we should have been a virtual lock for a top 5 pick... now we have to seriously hope and pray we don't fall to 9.

See, I wasn't caring about 5-7. OK, lots of tanking teams. But if we land outside of 7, then Cuban either needs to sell or Donnie needs to go or Rick. Heads have to f'in roll.

And my god, Dwight Powell has arguably been out best player as of lately, at least outside of Barnes. But hey, let's start DFS instead whilst playing Powell 9 minutes off the bench. Makes perfect sense.

Dirk sums it up nicely here in Sefko's tweet..

Gotta love Dirk Nowitzki. On if he can tell which teams are trying now, he said: "“Yeah, it’s pretty obvious. There obviously are some teams that are going for some losses. We're one that still wants to win." As for any ideas of tanking? "Well, I think Mark messed that up for us"

Mavs heading for more mediocrity. Just great. A Pick in the Range of 7-10 will do nothing for this Team.

Whats most worrisome is that the Knicks will be targeting Bridges in the draft. We absolutely must draft before them if we want our consolation prize.

Bright side: We've gotten pretty lucky with the 9th pick before.

Even with the mavs trying, I see 10 more losses. The nets/kings/suns/magic is going to be the showdown of seeding.

I find it tiring to care about the draft. I understand the implications for the future blah blah blah.

I'm rooting for my Mavs. For Dirk, obviously, but the development seen in the younger players has been pleasant to watch. If it's a win, it's a win. If it's a loss, it's a loss. I am honestly finding it a fun team to watch and interact with each other.

I'm not saying everyone here is anti-Mavs or anything, but the constant pessimism on the board regarding the draft position or future of this team is dragging.

I see these guys fighting their ass off every game now, and I love it. You can chalk that up to whatever you want, whether that's Cuban's comments or simply playing shit teams and realizing the Mavs aren't THAT bad, and be thankful, to be honest.

Can you imagine being a fan of some of these teams? I'd rather root for these guys any day of the week and show my ass to the draft.

Which, by the way, we will still be drafting top 9 when it is all said and done. Plenty of talent to work with and continue building on our team.

3.5 games separate us from the bottom. Admittedly, that would be ultra-tough to reach the Grizzlies awfulness. But keep in mind the teams between #1 and #9 and anything can happen, not to mention lottery balls.

Have fun with it. Stop being so negative.

This is why I dont worry about draft position and follow college players. It makes the season even worse. Ive seen Ayton play and thats it. And I never thought wed be drafting one or two so its pointless to get worked up.
