Default Mavs coaching staff

With the Suns firing of coach Igor Kokoskov - do we add a Luka friendly coach who reportedly has a great offensive mind to our staff? He was the Slovenian national
team coach when Luka played.

I like the way our players seem to respond to defensive coach Jamaal Mosley (been here 5 years) and I think he will be a sought after commodity to be poached by other teams to add to their staff.

Also we have Stephen Silas who is well liked around the league.

Always nice to get a new perspective or freshen our offensive playbook.

Kokoskov can get easily a high paid HC job with an euroleague team

So the Suns hire Luka’s old coach, draft Ayton over Luka, then fire Luka’s old coach after just one season... What a joke of a franchise.

Skin said on the radio the other day one of the Mavs assistants was interviewing for a vacant job somewhere. I think it was Jamahl Mosley, but I could be wrong.

If we lose Mosley, then we should definitely bring in Igor.

The Cleveland Cavaliers will begin conducting interviews in their coaching search this week, including meetings with Miami assistant Juwan Howard and Dallas assistant Jamahl Mosley, league sources told ESPN. 1 week ago via ESPN

Looks like it was Mosley.

no coach poached yet (I think)-
just dropping this note about our HC.
[Metta World Peace on ESPNLARadio]: "That guy (Carlisle) is a winner. There's no one who prepares more. He's a hands on guy, which might rub some people the wrong way, but when you need a bucket in crunch time, that free range style don't work. He always had one in his pocket."
