Ladies and Gentleman

I think Rick needs to consider trying to make this WCS/KP frontline work together

WCS is a fantastic big in terms of playing pick n roll defense and he brings good energy all the time.

They need to be like New Orleans and figure out how to maximize their two best rim protectors o the floor together.

That stretch with Powell in vs Cappella almost got us killed on the boards.

He's fine

He's moving well. I don't think the knee is an issue anymore TBH

He's been on a really good hot streak in FEB and tonight he just got exposed too much on the perimeter defensively.

He just gets into trouble when teams attack him in PNR defense.

That was his only issue tonight.

Yep

I think Brunson is solid when you pair him up with Luka and he doesn't have to run the team.

It's not so much that I don't like Brunson it's more about who RC plays him with at times which can lead to bad defense and offense.

I like him next to bigger players in the backcourt with him for defensive purposes and a true PG on the floor with him offensively.

Put him on the floor with THJ and Burke all at the same time and your just asking for trouble IMO.

Perseverance finished that game. Some shot making, trust from Luka, Brunson and ThJ showed out. Good game overall with exception of the 3rd quarter where every Hawk seemed to score on Maxi fairly easily

Willie Cauley-Stein did not play by coach’s decision for two straight games entering Wednesday night. The seven-footer earned a spot in the starting lineup when the Mavs were dealing with their health and safety protocol issues, but Dwight Powell was the preferred option in the Mavs’ last two wins.

Trill returned to the rotation with a vengeance against the Hawks. He had 14 points and six rebounds in 23 minutes of action. Cauley-Stein was five of six from the field and made all four of his free throws. The seven-footer earned the Defensive Player of the Game belt on Wednesday night too.
