Truth is, Artest should not have even been in the game at that point.

After getting his first T, and going to the bench, rather than sit with the team, he plopped down at the base of the backboard. All the refs did was "shoo" him away, when they should have tossed his thug-self outta the game!

Shoot... Cuban would be fined $1 Billion for sitting where Artest sat...
