also, i just called comcast. If you push 0 to try and skip all the BS, it says "i'm sorry, i do not understand that request"..
well that really grinds my gears. Why can't pushing zero get someone on the G D phone. Also, i really think its annoying to call comcast and have shaq and ben stein answer the phone
