Was Spurs rookie DeJuan Blair, hours away from Mavs-at-Spurs Game 6 in San Antonio, just involved in a car wreck? Yes, as he addresses on his Twitter account … assuming he’s OK, I figure the whole thing may have started when he elbowed another motorist in the face. … We said we'd chase this down ... here's the update, with the news that nobody is injured ...

The updated word from law-enforcement officials in San Antonio:

*Blair was on his way to the AT&T Center for tonight's game against the Dallas Mavericks.

*Blair was driving his silver Chevrolet Camaro on Interstate 10 when according to KSAT's report from police, "something blew in his window and distracted him, causing him to lose control of the vehicle.''

*The impact was significant enough for the airbags to deploy, but Blair was uninjured, police said.
