12 MPG sounds about right.
He's only useful in certain match-ups, otherwise he shouldn't be on the floor.
He'd be great insurance in case of injury though - easily the best 3rd-string center in the NBA.
EDIT: any interest in signing Shaq on the "cheap" if LeBron leaves Cleveland?
