Woj is NOT reporting that JJ will sign with Atlanta. He's merely commenting on someone else's report that the Hawks are acting like they're going to bid to the moon, and his thought that this might bring JJ back. But that bid may or may not be an actual max deal (it may merely be for max years) ... and there's no indication JJ wants to play in Atlanta. We'll see.
