As much I love Terry for team chemistry and how he can end games, then you really want to compare playoff Billups and playoff Terry effect?
I don't even start to compare Terry and Billups defense (career wise in playoffs), but there is 2 more things we would need badly from Terry (FTM and better 3P%):
FTA 2010/11:
Billups - 6,8
Terry - 2,4
3P% 2010/11
Billups - 43,1%
Terry - 34%
Team 3P% - 14th
Fouls against us - 30th
and we need better defense.
