That e-mail was absolutely hilarious. In an effort to get their fans amped up, they decided to let the words of Coach Spoelstra tell the fans just how important their presence will be. Unfortunately, Spo didn't exactly give them much to work with so the brilliant marketers who created this e-mail were forced to bold phrases like:

"This is an opportunity for us"

And my favorite:

"This is where we feel comfortable"

Now is that a ringing endorsement of your fans or what?
