Chiwas it´s quite normal to turn pro in europe that early. It doesn´t allways mean you´re a full time pro though. Most players simply sign with a club and recieve some money, but they still go to school for example.
Concerning Milicic it will be intressting to see where he gets drafted. I think Nr.2, if only for the fact that LeBron will be a much bigger draw with media and fans. Maybe that GM will regret passing on Milicic though after a few years.
