To be sure, he's great at creating contact and a lot of big time players (Duncan, Dirk, Durant) have become incredibly offensive threats by finding ways to get fouled. Those guys are awesome when they are on your team (we loved JJB for it) but incredibly annoying on other teams. And yes, Paul is definitely the worst offender.

That said, fouls aren't the story here. We've seen series where the games have swung entirely because of the Refs (Miami in 2006, Denver game 3 in 2009, and San Antonio games 3 and 4 in 2010). Game 1 was not like that, and there's no point for fans to complain. But RC definitely should do something to make the refs more on their toes and watching for contact.
