By the way, I think the rules should allow for any official on the court who suspects such a flop to call for immediate review. In the course of reviewing this play, for example, the officials should immediately reverse the call and then issue a technical foul (in this case, Dirk) on the guilty flopper. I'm not pointing a finger only at Dirk, but this was the most recent example, so I'm using it. I believe this should occur across the NBA.
