They'll retire his jersey.
He deserves to get paid. I don't see what the issue is, other than the fact that he talked about this too much during the season. I could have done without that. It's his right as a free agent to follow the money. Most everybody does.
It's just not going to be a fit here. No big deal. He had a good run in Dallas, and now it's time to move on.
