I still think Minny would make a lot of sense for JET, and vice versa. It seems almost too obvious a fit for it not to happen.

Edit: and JET absolutely deserves to have his jersey retired. His long tenure with the team, his quality and work ethic, his partnership with Dirk, and the integral role he played in taking TWO successive incarnations of the Mavs to places the franchise had never been before, are fully sufficient justification in my mind. His jersey should go up to the rafters the same night Dirk's does. Both gestures will be richer for it.
