Back to Deron. If I have my math and facts right, our max offer to DW was ~ $19MM a year.

Instead, for almost the exact same amount (assument 4 for OJ), we got Kaman ($8MM), Mayo ($4MM), DJ ($2.9MM), Collison ($2.3MM), and Brand ($2.1MM).

So, (1)Are we actually a better team for having those 5 guys instead of DW by himself and (2) did the MBT come to the same conclusion, which explains their lackluster sales-pitch (and yes, whatever lame-a** excuse you want to believe, Cuban blowing off the meeting means it was a weak sales pitch) to DW?
