That is when Mayo gets into trouble, his handle isn't great and his lack of explosiveness hurts him, that was his main problem in Memphis, they tried to make him into a pick n roll guy which he isn't. He needs to be much more of a catch and shoot and 1 dribble pull up player. Collison can create more (he had the opposite problem in Indy than Mayo had in Memphis).
