So this was the game Cousins actually hit the 15-18 ft. shots that he loves to jack? happens for every decent player a couple times a year. And wouldn't we much rather have Dirk taking those jump shots at a far more efficient clip?
Im not saying Cousins cant be a good player. He's a good passing big and has a nice touch and is a willing rebounder. But he isn't anything special athletically
and needs a lot of touches to impact a game. His defense isn't very good. He doesn't protect the rim or rotate well. Hell, Kings fans complain that he doesn't even bother to get back on defense a lot of the time.
