In the last days there have been a couple of posts on the topic:

I think they know what they get out of James night in and night out and like this consistency and his work ethic. Roddy is still too up and down even though on average he's way better than James. Playing Roddy over James as the backup PG spot for ~15 minutes is worth approximately +2 points per game.
