Anyway, just curious.
as mac22b said it is a one time deal

-but I will add-
Here is another catch: a player is only available to be cut if he was on the team when the 2011 lockout ended and if he is on the same contract that he was on when the lockout ended.*

Because of these requirements, some teams have lost their chance. There are 14 teams that still have their amnesty clause available, but some will not be on this list.

These are some of the teams and potential amnesty targets……
Bobcats – Tyrus Thomas
Pistons - Villanueva
Lakers – Pau – only 1 year left but at $19mil.
Heat – Mike Miller 2 more years for total of $12mil.
Bucks - Ersan Ilyasova*
Thunder - Perkins
Kings – possible 3 candidates
Raptors – Demar Rozen or Bargnani

here is the wiki answer (check out the last sentence) ~~~~~
Each team is allowed to waive a player without having their salary count toward the salary cap or luxury tax. One player can be waived prior to the start of any season from 2011–12 through 2015–16. It can be exercised during the seven days that follow the July moratorium. Each team is restricted to one "amnestied" player during that time. Only players signed prior to 2011–12 are eligible.
