This is from an ESPN insider article where they had the players do a mock draft where a player chooses for their team. Dirk took Larkin with the Mavs 13th pick, but did mention trading down.
"Last year we were able to trade down and get better value,"
He also mentioned Larkin on The Ticket about an hour before the draft.
