Just for some perspective, Dwight contributing 15 wins would've rank him 3rd in the league last season behind Lebron James and Kevin Durant in win shares. His highest career win share to date was 14.4 and the last 2 seasons he had WS ratings of 7.6 and 7.7. I think a 60 win season out of the Rockets is highly optimistic. I think ~50 would be a reasonable expectation if everything works as expected and there are no injuries.

Chandler Parsons hasn't been mentioned when talking about their strength. I think he is pretty good and will continue to improve.
