Everything Carter does on the court is on Rick.

Imagine Kidd in the last 2min. Would he ever pass the ball to Carter ?

I do not think so.

On offense Rick makes mistake after mistake this year. There is no system no hierarchy. Marion with 8 threes. No excuses. That's d league. Marion's job should be defense till exhaustion. And Carter should make PLAYS not (missed)jumpshots.
