On a related note:
Somebody has to explain to me some time why a guy like Shawn Marion gets little love from +/-. He seems to be a perfect "do all the little things" guy that should profit from this kind of stat, but does not and has never ranked anywhere near the top. He's 188th and a net minus according to their metric.
