Speed cant be teached in any sport. You may improve a millisecond here and there over the years but this guy is probably running a 10 sec 40 yard time. Even with world class training he will be the slowest guy in any league.

The NBA is superfast and athletic, how is he supposed to run with them? Let alone that he can barely dunk it as a 7'2 guy. His vertical is probably 5 inches
