Two way salaries are always the same base amount: 75k.

The only variable is how many days a two-way player spends with their NBA affiliate.

While with an NBA team they are all considered to have a prorated 800k salary which is the minimum a rookie can earn in the NBA, but since they can only earn 75k base salary + 45 days of that higher salary, they are hard capped at 280k per year. So yeah, while two-way players are on the Mavs, their salary shows up as 800k because while they are with us they are earning the per-day money of someone earning 800k, they can't actually make more than 280k per season unless they move up to a regular roster spot.

The average two-way player last year earned a little more than 100k and spent only a little more than 5 days with an NBA team. Every single player got a 75K + 800k prorated, though.
