They're not counting holds at all. We have 55mill in contracts, which would give us 51.5mill in cap space, BUT
We have a ton of guys with either full Bird or early Bird rights. All of those guys come with significant cap holds. Many of them will be waived and some will be signed for less than their hold, but if we gave everyone the most money they could get, we'd actually be over the cap.
52 practical cap. Probably around 33mill in cap once KP is taken care of.
