I think he is. I mean all it takes is for him to get the non taxpayer MLE (starting around 9m, maximum 4/37) to call the opting out a big success.
He also should/could be afraid over his role next season if Vuc rumors are picking up. And the Mavs made it clear allready that they wanna keep Kleber. 4th frontcourt wheel in his contract year as 29year old doesnt look good
