She just hates James Harden now and forever.

If you're holding these standards to Harden constantly losing to the greatest basketball team ever assembled, then I shudder to think what your feelings are towards the vast majority of the league who called a quits on trying for a few years while the Warriors dynasty worked it's way through the record books.
Your girlfriend sounds like she needs a dose of reality.
