The optimistic take is that those four players had to come back basically without any practice. They lost a lot of their conditioning and it's hard to go from laying in bed to playing at an NBA level. Playing B2Bs with games so often-- that's rough even for guys with conditioning. They may take a few more days/a week to get back in shape.
KP, on the other hand-- he looks like an absolute mess. He's not hustling and he's totally lost. He hasn't been high-effort and he hasn't been effective in the offense. A player like that absolutely kills a team. Players get frustrated when one guy is just giving low effort and not doing his part.
I honestly can't figure out an optimistic take on KP. He had a month of training with the team last year. He played 12 games for us before being injured again. He should know his role and how to play. He played 9 of 11 games this year and doesn't look any more willing/able to contribute now than he did in his first game back.
