This why they need a bigger wing and they've been needing that type of wing for years now.

The Clippers continue to expose the Dallas weak points
This game felt like the sum-of-all-fears game that Josh and I worried about from the Clippers prior to the playoffs last season. They simply break Dallas at the weak points and there are no easy fixes. They’ve got deep wing depth to annoy Luka Doncic. They have an offense which results in solid three point shooting (they went 14 of 32 from distance). They also expose just how out matched Dorian Finney-Smith and Maxi Kleber are. The defensive combination went 4 of 12 from the field for just 11 points, while grabbing eight combined rebounds, and three turnovers.

It’s not that either player is bad, in fact we all know how valuable they’ve been to Dallas this season. It’s that Dallas expects both to do too much night in and out and when playing truly elite teams they get exposed. We’ve got enough game tape now. It’s shocking to watch Kleber turn into a pumpkin (though he was awesome in the final six minutes on defense) and see Finney-Smith reign bricks on astoundingly wide open shots.

Honestly, I should toss Josh Richardson in here too. He scored six straight then went into cryo-sleep for the game, statistically. Shoot the ball fellas.
