I would say if you subtract Kawhi and Chris Paul which I don't think we'll get either there's maybe 8 clear upgrades. There's 30 teams (less with cap space, granted) but still it's not like we're guaranteed anything.
I saw THJ ranked #9 on a free agent list, just a sites opinion it just shows there's not a ton of great players. Also saw one with Lowry at #6.
