Agreed, he should have taken Sanders aside and talked to him man to man. I think in his younger days he responded to the coaches that were asses....Danny Ainge, Scott Skiles, Byron Scott? Doesn't work that way any more, need to have a lot of man to man talks, develop the body as well as the mind.
